TYPES OF INTERNSHIPS

The foundation offers two types of internships: the Leadership Internship Initiative and Advanced Professional Training.

The Leadership Internship Initiative is a non-profit internship program.

Duration - 4 months.

Location - Washington, DC.

The program participant gets:

• Individual seminars and leadership courses;
• Living in Washington in one of the elite residences (apartments from 90 sq. With two rooms, air conditioning, separate bathrooms, laundry, internet, gym, shared terrace and barbecue, guarded);
• Personal mentoring;

* Costs for flights and meals are paid by participants on their own.

The cost of the program is 20,000 euros.

Advanced Professional Training is a training internship program with partial payment.

Location - Washington, Boston, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, etc.

Duration - 10 months.

The program participant gets:

• Online training in parallel with an internship in one of the companies;
• Salary (an average of $ 1200-1500 / month);

* The cost of accommodation, flight and meals is paid by participants on their own.

The cost of the program is 10,000 euros.

To start internship programs of Advanced Leadership Foundation (ALF) is possible either in September or in April annually. The application for a participation should be submitted in two to three months beforehand.

Requirements for participants:

• Knowledge of English at B2 level (IELTS (5.0, 5.5, 6.0), TOEFL (61-79, 173-210, 500-547);
• Studying at one of the universities in the last semester or a diploma of higher education (master) that was given no later than 18 months ago;
• Age - up to 29 years;
• Two letters of recommendation;
• Motivation letter;
• High Academic achievements;
• Successful completion of the interview.
