Vienna University of Economics and Business, founded in 1898, is the largest educational institution in the European Union in the field of economy and business, social sciences, and business law. Vienna University of Economics and Business provides tuition for more than 25 thousand students from around the world. The University has 82 professors and more than 400 scientists. Among 24 200 students the 23% are the foreign students. University campus consists of four buildings, located near the city center.
All the buildings and classes are equipped with the latest technologies. Different scientific conferences and symposiums are held there. University Library is considered to be the largest library in the economics area in Austria. According to the Financial Times ranking, the University consistently ranked in the top - 50 best economic universities in Europe, there are many representatives of the international business elite among its graduates. Accreditation by EQUIS system, awarded by EFMD fund (European Foundation for Management Development) can be considered as one of the main achievements of the WU Wien. Postgraduate programs offered by the university are accredited by AMBA Association (Association of MBAs).

It serves for the possibility to obtain a conditional enrollment with the right to study German at the preparatory course, you must have German at the level of at least A2.
