Potsdam University is the fourth largest university in the lands of Berlin and Brandenburg, in eastern Germany. It is known as one of the most reputable educational research centers, not only in Germany itself, but also in Europe. The university attracts students from different parts of the world with high prospects and rich student life.
At the moment, 20878 students in seven faculties are studying at the University:

The university is located on three campuses. The central campus is located in the famous royal park of San Sussi, in the New Palace of Frederick the Great. Here, in the park in other buildings is the Faculty of Philosophy. Such sciences as history, literature, art, media are also taught here.

Less DetailsThe University of Postdam offers programs for Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees. The application for any Bachelor’s program is only possible for winter semester via registration online at the university web portal until 15.07.
Currently there is no preparatory college in Potsdam or Brandenburg (Studienkolleg). If you decide to study at a university in the state of Brandenburg, but do not have direct qualifications for higher education to study at a German university, the “Study Preparation Brandenburg” (SVB) offers you the opportunity to prepare in accordance with the admission requirements and get needed qualifications.
To get an enrollment to SVB Brandenburg, you need first to receive the confirmation from the competent authority that you really need to study at Studienkolleg. Then you can submit the documents via online at the web portal of Uni Assist. It is also required to send the documents by post to the address.
