The international boarding school opens its doors to children of different age. The School promotes development of the personal talents and interests in the frame of an orderly and inspiring environment. The language of instruction in the school is English. St. George’s teaches its students to respect different cultures and views, achieve goals and be socially responsible. School provides an opportunity for its students to develop their potential and be academically successful that contributes to the children’s development. To ensure better studying and possibility for teachers to pay attention to all students evenly classes consists of less than 20 students. School curriculum designed in accordance with National Curriculum of England and Wales. Students from more than 60 different countries that speak different languages attend the school.
The School focuses on sport and art activities. Sporting events or games are held every day, and creative students organize concerts, performances and exhibitions. Also to develop family spirit and cooperation between children of different nationalities, school appoints older students as “helpers” for the young ones.
Boarding school offers rooms for boys and girls in age from 11 to 18 years old. Dormitories are located on the school campus, rooms are comfortable, spacious and fully furnished. There is a free wireless internet throughout the school campus, common rooms have a big TV, billiard table, ping-pong table, and gaming corner. Students also can use kitchen with all utensils.
St George’s English international school offers the following programs:
The school offers a program of secondary education according to the British system in Cologne. The school year is divided into three semesters. All students are required to wear uniforms. The whole educational material is provided by the school. It is possible to stay in a boarding school (double room with a separate bathroom). In addition accommodation in a boarding school provides a daily entertainment program.
The school children have the opportunity to attend different sections depending on the interests (team sports, dancing, handicrafts, cooking, drawing, etc.)
The cost of staying at the boarding school is 4985 euros per year for permanent residence at the boarding school, and 4360 euros per year stay in a boarding school from Monday to Friday.
