Mt. Blue High School aims to perfect education of its students and every year opens its doors for more than 700 students from the 9th to 12ve classes. Comfortable location of the school and technical center allows students learning and combining different subjects. The school graduates achieve success in colleges, army or employment right after the end of school. Location of the Mt. Blue on the picturesque hills of the West Maine provides students with a possibility to go in for different sports, especially, skiing during the winter time.
The school also gives a possibility to take practical classes in the technology field in the Foster Technology Center, that is located on campus. Teacher-student ratio is 1:15. Approximately 10% of students are foreigners from different countries. All students are provided with Apple MacBook Air to improve the learning process. It can be taken home to do homework and have internet access.
The school offers a lot of different programs from arts and language learning to math and other sciences. There are different facilities on campus for studying improvement: labs for different experiments, library with published and electronic editions. The school has lots of different clubs and organizations offering fall, winter and spring sports.
For living Mt. Blue offers host families. Student lives in the chosen family as a member of it. This provides deeper learning of the American culture and allows sharing with your culture. Students are offered personal room or room for two with the neighbor of the same sex, meals, transportation, place for studying and drawers for personal items.

To be enrolled on one of the programs you need: application form in English, 300-word essay on the proposed topic, Certificate of English proficiency (TOEFL or other accredited exams), transcripts for the last two years of school, two letters of recommendation from English and math teachers, bank statement for the payment ability, copy of the passport, $50 registration fee, other confirmations of talent are welcomed.
