Less DetailsTo be able to submit an application for undergraduate programs, international students must apply to uni-asist first. The registration requires fee-paying. Applications for undergraduate programs (excluding business science programs) are possible once a year for the winter semester only. Regular application dates: 15.07 (winter semester), 15.01 (summer semester). The beginning of studies is from 1.09 (winter semester) or from 1.03 (summer semester).
The only English-taught Bachelor's degree program at the university is Global Business and Economics. Among the basic requirements there are the followings: German abitur equivalence; the certificate confirming knowledge of the English language at level B2 (IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL 72).
Most of the programs at the University of Applied Sciences of Aachen have a limited number of places, which means that, firstly, when considering an application, the GPA is taken into account, and secondly, you may be assigned some entrance test, or you will have to fulfill a precondition of educational practice.
You are allowed to apply maximum for 3 programs, not more. This rule applies to restricted undergraduate and graduate programs. If several applications are submitted at the time, each application is filled out separately.
Test DaF (4 * 3), Goethe-Zertifikat B2, Telc Zertifikat B2 certificates are accepted as an equivalent to DSH-1; Test DaF (4 * 4), Goethe-Zertifikat C2, Telc Zertifikat C1 hochschule are accepted as an equivalent to DSH-2.
