Among the German-language Bachelor's degree programs at Austrian public universities without limitation, there are the followings: History, Art History, Theater-Cinema-Media, German Philology, Geography, Statistics, Slavic studies, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, and others. German-language Bachelor's degree programs at public universities that are popular include - Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Architecture, Computer science, Journalism, Political Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Medicine - have registration possible once a year in spring and require an entrance exam before starting the 1st-semester study.
Competitive restrictions in case of hard work are usually not an obstacle to a successful beginning of a university study at the chosen specialty in the 1st year. The tasks are feasible and realistic to carry out.
